Yes it is true you can create Union Bank Account by taking a selfie only.

Things you required:

• Android Phone with a Sim Card.
• Pan Card
• Your Face for a selfie
• Adhaar Card or the QR code of adhaar card present on Adhaar Card.

That's it you require to create a bank account

Steps to Create Union Bank Account:

Step 1 Download the app by clicking here  

Step 2 Open the app and Select the language than click on Proceed

Step 3 Enter the number (Enter a number which is currently working and which you want to register with that bak account)

Step 4 Fill your details like State, District, Branch etc

Step 5 Enter the OTP(One Time Password) that came on your Number which you've registered with.

Step 5 Than take a selfie and click ok 

Step 6 Than click a pic of your adhaar card

Step 7 Scan the QR code that is present on Adhaar Card.

Step 8 Than click a pic of your adhaar card

That's it.
