I'll tell you about upcoming update of Facebook that was said in the speech that was give by Mark Zuckerberg. In that update Publishers can make money by enabling monetization in the videos.
By enabling monetization ads will be enabled and when we upload any video people will see the ads and if someone will click that ads
he/she will be paid for that clicks, it is same like Ads that come on youtube, blogs, sites etc
1) You should have more than 1000likes on page or friends on Facebook
2)On your live video more than 200 people must watch the live video than only you are eligible to enable Monetization .

How much will it pay For 1000 views??
It is not final but around $1-$3, In Indian currency around ₨60-₨180 on per 1000 views. I am not saying surely but i am 80% sure. It depends on number of ads clicked by people on your video.
